NDIS PLAN

 

You can access Occupational Therapy services at Little Bridges if you self manage your NDIS funding plan. This will require you to pay for services on the day and submit your receipt to NDIA for reimbursement. You can also access services if you are plan managed.

CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PLAN

 

The Chronic Diseases Management Plan (CDM) is a Medicare rebate initiative that provides rebates for eligible clients. The rebate equates to approximately $55.00 back per session for 5 allied health sessions per year. If you are accessing more than one type of therapy, you are entitled to share the CDM sessions across therapists. Your general practitioner can prepare this plan.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

 

Check with you insurer whether you are covered for any allied health services within your policy. Coverage will vary between insurers.
